I grew up in Durham. I like to spend time with family and friends doing anything and everything! I also like to bike. I am very slow at it, but I get better every day. I had the privilege of traveling and working in Ghana and Niger.

I worked with the Ghana Nurses to care for mothers and babies. I worked in Niger to conserve the last wild giraffe in West Africa. My most important job is mom.

Professionally, I am a registered nurse with experience in management, project management, fiscal management, occupational health, public health, pediatric and adult case management, chronic and complex case management, Accountable Care Organizations (ACO), government insurance (Medicaid/Medicare), employee health/wellness, health coaching, health education/promotion, staff development, and mental health.
