Dr. Dolly Penn is a Primary Care physician trained in Public Health and General Preventive Medicine. She has had clinical and research leadership positions in various organizations.

Although Dolly is not a native North Carolinian, she adopted North Carolina as home after completing her residency at UNC Chapel Hill.

Volunteering has always been a joy for Dolly, and she is excited to help train future leaders through her involvement with StrongHER TogetHER.
