My name is Sarah, and I was born and raised in Minnesota, where I had the privilege of participating in girls’ groups that focused on STEM engagement and service projects. I studied biochemistry and psychology back home and recently moved to North Carolina as I prepare to apply to medical school.

In the meantime, I work as a clinical research assistant at the Center for Women’s Health Research at UNC. Outside of work, you can find me exploring state parks, experimenting with recipes, and connecting with new friends. I am beyond excited to be on the leadership team to give back to the girlhood community, which has done so much for me!
